Job summary

Pratt Industries in Lewisburg, WV seeks a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the customer service, order entry, processing and shipping functions. You will supervise staff, mentor reps, and collaborate with Design and Production to ensure timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has five years of supervisory experience in a corrugating environment, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Amtech. Experience with multi-customer accounts is preferred and the role requires site presence at the

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Five years’ experience in a corrugating environment.
Five years supervisory experience overseeing three or more people.
Experience in the Corrugated Box industry preferred.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Experienced in Amtech.
Experience handling multi-customers.

Responsibilities

Lead customer service, order entry, order processing, and order shipping.
Supervise sales service and coordinate with Design Department & Production Team.
Recruit, mentor and develop customer service reps.
Attend scheduling meetings when the Customer Service Manager is unavailable.
Monitor inventory and communicate stock status to management.
Lead and coordinate new item meetings and back up Tooling Coordinator.
Assist with Month End Closings and visits to customers/prospects.
