Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Five years’ experience in a corrugating environment.
Five years supervisory experience overseeing three or more people.
Experience handling multi-customers.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Experienced in Amtech.
Experience in Corrugated Box industry.

Responsibilities

Lead customer service, order entry, order processing, and order shipping.
Supervise sales service and coordinate with Design Department & Production Team.
Supervise Plant Scheduler and Tooling Coordinator.
Recruit, mentor and develop customer service reps.
Attend scheduling meetings when Customer Service Manager is unavailable.
Monitor inventory and provide input on stock availability and movement.
Train personnel to ensure quality service and output.
