Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Plant Controlling Specialist to oversee manufacturing finance, cost reporting, and KPI development for the plant. You will model business cases, manage CAPEX, and ensure governance across SAP CO and related systems.

Candidates should have strong Excel, Power Query, Power BI skills and 7 years in similar roles, with willingness to travel. Role requires understanding of cost accounting, BOM processes, and production overhead allocation.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable education/qualification.
• 7 years in a similar warehouse management role preferred.
• Advanced XLS level, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Proficient in SAP-based Controlling, Finance, and Manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of material master processes and migration.
• Core consulting skills: analytical thinking, structured work, relationship management, and communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manufacturing cost reports for products (e.g., MHO, DTR, HUB).
• Analyze actuals and P&L; supervise and close Work Orders.
• Elaborate deviation between actual and standard production cost.
• Improve Work Order process to reduce BOM cost errors.
• Calculate production cost and overhead allocation; prepare KPI reports.
