Qualifications

• 5-7 years of financial analysis/cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and participate in financial review meetings.
• Track annual budget development and maintain accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile inventory subledgers with the general ledger.
