Job summary

Nordex SE is seeking a Plant Controlling Specialist to oversee manufacturing financial operations, including cost reports, P&L analysis, and CAPEX governance. The role requires SAP CO expertise and strong BI skills to drive cost optimization across plants.

You will develop KPIs, support audits, and model business cases while ensuring compliance and accurate cost accounting. Travel to site locations may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, economics, or business administration.
• 7 years in a similar warehouse management role preferred.
• Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI skills; SAP CO knowledge.
• Strong analytical, structured work, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the manufacturing cost report for products (e.g., MHO, DTR, HUB).
• Analyze Actuals and the P&L; NAC accountability.
• Close and supervise Work Orders; improve BOM cost accuracy.
• Compute production costs and overhead allocation; prepare KPI reports.
• Forecast CAPEX, manage asset capitalization, and ensure governance.
• Support audits and model business cases; provide audit assistance.
