Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a finance professional to act as a financial partner to local management and site operations. The role involves strategy translation into budgets, planning processes, and cost control across plant operations.

The successful candidate will drive planning, reporting systems, and cost analyses, enabling informed decisions and continual optimization. Strong SAP, BW, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong Excel and SAP BW and SAP modules knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as financial business partner to local management, plant manager and operational units at the site.
• Support management in strategy development and translate into medium-term plans, budgets, and measures.
• Coordinate annual planning, monitor group guidelines, adjust deviations.
• Develop and implement planning, reporting systems for cost, performance and inventory controlling.
• Prepare plant cost reports, analyze variances, propose corrective actions.
• Support cost center, investment and project planning; review CapEx requests.
• Contribute to product costing, overhead rates, and annual costing runs.
• Perform project tracking, PPAs, and financial impact simulations for the plant.
• Provide financial support during ramp-up of Regional Distribution Center in Ujazd.
