Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance (manufacturing)
• Bachelor's in finance or accounting; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Cross‑department teamwork and mentoring
• Proficient with SAP, HFM, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Own plant accounting and financial functions, including reporting to Amcor.
• Lead analysis and communication of financial information for business decisions.
• Provide training on systems and financial processes across plants.
• Own Plant P&L, inventory, forecasts, and variance explanations.
• Support profitability initiatives and compliance with internal controls and SOX.
