Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in finance/accounting; 3+ years manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Experience improving close processes, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with JD Edwards ERP, Excel, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant accounting, financial reporting, and control processes.
• Ensure accurate standard costs, variances, and KPI reporting.
• Improve monthly close, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with operations and Corporate Finance to drive actionable insights.
• Analyze yields, scrap, labor efficiency, throughput, and cost drivers.
• Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and margin analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits.
• Mentor finance and operations teams on-site.
