Job summary

Original Composites and Fibers seeks a Plant Controller to lead financial management for a manufacturing facility. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closes while ensuring internal controls and GAAP compliance. This hands-on role sits on the plant leadership team and partners with operations to optimize profitability.

The candidate will drive reporting, analysis, and contingency planning, mentoring staff and coordinating with corporate finance to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, with forecasting and risk analysis.
• MBA/CMA/CPA preferred for leadership in a manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes.
• Maintain internal controls, data integrity and asset protection.
• Provide analytical insights on variances to plan and forecast.
• Drive TPM-related productivity improvements and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial goals.
• Oversee sourcing, information systems, warehousing and security as needed.
