Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards a plus.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, inventory control, and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong attendance and quality focus.
• Dynamic thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all accounting aspects for the facility, including weekly forecasting, monthly closing, and annual budget.
• Provide high-level P&L analysis and collaborate with senior management on critical investment, expense, and opportunity decisions.
• Support other locations as needed and drive improvements in financial performance with plant management, operations, product line management, and sales.
