Amcor is seeking a Regional Controller to ensure GAAP-compliant plant reporting and to drive financial performance across multiple facilities. You will collaborate with Plant Management, Operations, Product Line Management and Sales to optimize profitability.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing accounting, ERP systems (JD Edwards) and MS Office, with travel as needed. A focus on SOX controls, budgeting and monthly forecasting will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory, and data processing.
• Prior experience with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards) and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley as related to manufacturing accounting.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage plant financial reporting and P&L responsibilities for multiple Berry plants.
• Work with Plant Manager & VP Operations to identify profitability improvements.
• Drive initiatives to increase sales and reduce costs.
• Ensure facilities are Sarbanes-Oxley compliant.
• Manage annual budget process.
• Capital planning for plant maintenance and cost reduction projects.
• Implement best practices in financial processes.
• Complete monthly financial reporting and forecasts.
