Job summary

ProAmpac seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A for a major manufacturing site with $100M+ revenue. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, manage close, GL, cost accounting and budgeting, and oversee material margin improvement.

You will develop policies, analyze data, prepare timely financial statements, and coordinate audits while guiding the site’s financial strategy and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Management in a manufacturing organization.
• Proven and effective leadership and management skills.
• Solid experience in manufacturing and driving financial excellence with plant leadership.
• Experience in reporting, budgeting and analysis, GL, and coordinating audits.
• Analytical thinking and ability to communicate financial data clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and confidential information handling skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial policies, practices and procedures with significant site impact.
• Analyze financial data and present reports monthly, quarterly and annually to senior leadership.
• Provide accounting and FP&A support to site leadership and align strategy with goals.
• Drive financial excellence with plant leadership and manage costs.
• Strengthen internal communications around financial goals across the site.
• Assist plant manager with inventory working capital optimization and continuous improvement.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly consolidated reports and ad hoc analyses for division finances.
• Coordinate all audit activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
