Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Control Room Operator to execute approved plant start-up and shutdown procedures, ensuring operations meet environmental, safety, and operational commitments while maintaining efficiency.

Responsibilities include guiding other operators, monitoring systems, and using blueprints and P&IDs to ensure safe, compliant operations; requires 12-hour rotating shifts and ASME QRO licensure within a year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam within the first year.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators to maintain a safe and efficient operation.
• Effectively monitor operations systems and have knowledge of boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations.
• Read blueprints, P&ID's, and schematic specifications.
• Manage critical events and prioritize tasks during emergencies with clear directions.
• Respond to operational alarms and take corrective action.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making aligned with safety and operation goals.
