Pratt Industries seeks an experienced Plant leader to manage all assets, employees, and manufacturing, sales and administrative functions at the Carlisle plant. You will develop annual profit plans, supervise sales and design teams, and coordinate with the Plant Manager and Plant Controller to meet financial and operational goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in corrugated manufacturing leadership, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college and 5+ years in corrugated industry leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all plant assets, employees, and all manufacturing, sales and administrative functions.
• Supervise Sales, Design and Customer Service personnel, Plant Manager and Plant Controller.
• Develop and implement annual Profit Plan with action plans and follow-up.
• Review Plan and provide Variance Report monthly.
• Monitor external business/economic environment.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
• Ensure safety culture and proper staffing to meet plan and goals.
• Maintain effective position descriptions and Standards of Performance.
