You will maintain production standards, coordinate with maintenance, manage inventories, and lead weekly Production/Safety meetings while promoting a positive, compliant work environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years prior supervisory experience.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels set by management. Communicate these standards to staff.
• Report quality concerns to Plant Superintendent. Assist in determining quality guidelines.
• Build engagement and maintain high morale within your department by showing fairness, consistency, and an interest in employee problems.
