Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, and filing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Customer Support & Order Management: manage phone and walk-in inquiries, purchase orders and changes.
• Quality Assurance: verify daily shipments and check orders for special charges, requests, changes, tax exemptions.
• Financial Support: assist Plant Manager in customer credit checks; weekly AR for orders within 90 days; submit invoices for AP.
• Logistics Management: prepare bills of lading, match with packing lists, notify customers of shipments.
• General Administrative Tasks: typing, PO preparation, filing, mail processing, travel coordination, special projects.
