Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service. You will work with store teams to maintain planogram integrity and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary by store and may exceed 4 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictive attendance.
• Perform planograms, price changes and signage updates.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Promote legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
