Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly.

You will work closely with customers and team members to deliver legendary service, while maintaining planogram integrity and supporting merchandising initiatives. Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and perform store resets accurately and timely.
• Install and update store signage, including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers according to the GURA method.
• Communicate progress and issues with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
