Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise assembly and fixture setup. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience, are 18+, read/write/count proficient, and can work 4–10 hour shifts with flexibility. A caring, proactive approach and strong teamwork are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (e.g., Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment; follow safety guidelines.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores using the GURA method (Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask).
