Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise assembly and fixture setup. You will engage customers with legendary service and follow safety guidelines.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work shifts as needed, with strong attention to store presentation and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes and circulars.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
