Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures. You will interact with customers while delivering legendary service and support across daily store operations.

Responsibilities include planograms, price updates, signage maintenance, and PDQ assembly, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Flexible shifts and a team-driven environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Reads, writes and counts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers in-store.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion.
