Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary customer service.

The role requires availability for varied shifts, strong communication, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Growth opportunities exist within Field Activity Support and Store Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale with customers.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
