Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, owning and completing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and maintaining signage. The role emphasizes delivering legendary customer service and assisting customers directly in-store.

Qualifications include prior retail/merchandising experience, reading/writing/counting ability, and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and problem-solving abilities to provide legendary customer service.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately; basic computer skills are desirable.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, be reliable and self-directed to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, signage, price changes and store resets accurately and on time.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Provide legendary customer service by greeting customers, uncovering needs and suggesting products.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment and communicate with supervisors on progress and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
