Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to handle start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will engage customers and teammates to deliver legendary service while supporting other tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates bring retail or merchandising experience, are at least 18, and can read, write, and count accurately. The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and a team-focused approach to daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage including price promos.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.
