Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in one store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You’ll interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service using the GURA method.

You’ll be part of a field activity support team that ensures planogram accuracy, updates displays, and assists with various in-store needs while maintaining safety and service standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet the Customer, uncover the Customers’ needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale (GURA).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
