Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a variety of tasks from planograms to price changes and signage maintenance. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service using the GURA approach.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, regular attendance, and the ability to lift and move merchandise. Training is provided, with safety and teamwork emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Preferred knowledge: Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
