Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will support merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintaining a flexible schedule and contributing to a safe work environment. This role emphasizes proactive communication and problem-solving to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Prioritize customer service using the GURA method: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• May be assigned other duties.
