Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own end-to-end in-store tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while maintaining store standards and planogram integrity.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write, and count confidently. The role offers part-time hours with varied shifts for multiple stores in the district.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor
