Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with finish-to-start tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will assist with merchandise assembly and fixture setup, while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates bring retail or merchandising experience, are at least 18, and can read, write, and count accurately. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately required.

Responsibilities

• Perform planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Handle store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers in-store.
