Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to own and execute in-store tasks from planograms to price changes, ensuring accurate merchandising and signage maintenance. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, updating signage, assembling fixtures, and working with the district FAST team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Reading, writing and counting ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work as scheduled.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and perform recovery of planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet, uncover, recommend and ask for the sale (GURA).
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
