Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store. You will own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and maintaining all signage.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service. The role requires retail/merchandising experience, 18+ years of age, and the ability to read, write, and count.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project measurements and store layout changes.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers.
• Team members may be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
