Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start to finish tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise, fixtures, and PDQ assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, service-oriented and capable of communicating with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
