Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support one store with end-to-end merchandising tasks including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will assist customers and teammates while delivering legendary service and ensuring planogram integrity.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write, and count. Flexibility with shifts and a safety-minded approach are required to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
