Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support store operations and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and team members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

You will be responsible for maintaining planograms, assisting with resets, updating signage, assembling fixtures, and supporting a safe, productive store environment. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing and counting required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
