Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to own and execute in-store tasks from planograms to signage updates. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and ensuring planogram integrity across the store.

The role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write, and count. Flexibility with shifts and a focus on safety are essential to succeed in this team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform project measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage like Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure signage and planograms remain accurate.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores using GURA.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and be flexible for other duties as assigned.
