Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support in-store operations, executing planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and maintaining planogram integrity.

Your role includes completing planograms, processing price changes, and assisting with merchandise fixtures and signage. Shifts vary and require dependable attendance, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers.
