Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and maintaining merchandise standards throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, updating signage, coordinating with district supervision, and ensuring a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills required for daily tasks and record-keeping.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms, signage, and price changes in the store.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures and support PDQ displays.
• Provide legendary customer service and prioritize customer needs.
• Perform store tasks and ensure safety and clean working conditions.
• Collaborate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to communicate progress.
