Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate within a single store, handling start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will deliver legendary customer service while supporting merchandise and signage maintenance and interacting with customers and teammates.

In this role, you will be flexible, dependable, and proactive, working shifts to meet store needs and contributing to a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute start-to-finish tasks: planograms, signage, price changes.
• Assist with merchandise and fixture assembly, and maintenance of signage.
• Provide legendary customer service and interact with customers and team members.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Perform planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Complete store price changes accurately and on time.
