Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to manage in-store tasks from planograms to pricing changes while delivering legendary customer service. The role focuses on executing start-to-finish merchandising tasks and supporting teammates and customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining signage, assembling fixtures, and ensuring planogram accuracy. The position requires flexibility, reliability, and strong communication with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (e.g., Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform recovery checks.
• Prioritize customers and provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
