Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to own in-store tasks from planograms to price changes while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and team members, ensuring accurate merchandising and signage maintenance across the store.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with retail/merchandising experience preferred, good reading/writing/counting abilities, and the flexibility to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and promotions.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA approach: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
