Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes within a single store. You will also support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance while delivering legendary customer service.

Applicants should be 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail or merchandising experience is required, and flexibility to work varying shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.
• Read, write and count accurately to complete all documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
