Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate as part of the Field Activity Support Team in a store. You will handle start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience and are at least 18. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with ability to read, write, and count.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting abilities required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and provide legendary customer service using GURA.
