Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, fixture assembly, and merchandise setup. You will engage with customers to deliver legendary service and support store operations with accuracy and teamwork.

The role requires 18+ years of age, basic reading/writing/counting skills, and prior retail or merchandising experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Provide legendary customer service.
• Complete planograms, signage, price changes and plan for store improvements.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure signage is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate progress and issues to District FAST Supervisor.
