Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish merchandising tasks in a single store location. You will perform planograms, signage updates, price changes and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience, can read, write and count accurately, and are comfortable with physical work and lifting. Flexible shifts and a safety-minded team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting accurately is essential.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using the GURA framework.
