Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute planograms, signage updates, and price changes in-store, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service through the GURA framework.

Ideal candidates have prior retail/merchandising experience, are at least 18, and can read, write, and count accurately. The role involves varied shifts, physical tasks, and a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote safety and adhere to guidelines.
