Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.

Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, following schedules, and communicating with District FAST Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
