Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes, while supporting other merchandising and fixture tasks. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
