Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end merchandising tasks, price changes, and signage maintenance. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes planograms, merchandising execution, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment while upholding company safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising and customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes and signage updates.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA principles.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Support other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
