Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute end-to-end tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, updating signage, conducting price changes, and assisting with fixture assembly. Flexible shifts and a focus on safe, productive work are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience required.
• Preferred knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
