Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and handle end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, updating signage, performing price changes, and assisting with merchandise recovery. Strong communication and flexible availability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA principles.
